CartLOVE Shopify App Privacy Policy

CartLOVE Shopify App, "the App” provides Shopify integration to use CartLOVE services "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

Read Script Tags Retrieves a list of all script tags.
Write Script Tags Creates a new script tag. Cartlove script will be added if tool is enabled.
Delete Script Tags Deletes a script tag. Cartlove script will be deleted if tool is disabled.
Read placed order Retrieves a specific order. Save conversion data to cartlove server ( only cart items and order information, no private information is saved ) if Enable Conversion Tracking is checked.
Read Products Reads shop products. Shop products would be saved to cartlove server if products exported by App Interface.

Data Retention

When your customers visit your website, we will maintain your session information for our records for up to 3 years unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
